As A Canadian living abroad, I'm used to traveling in mostly Asian locations. So this was my first Canadian hotel in probably 20 years. The good: Close to the airport. Pool open 7am-11pm. Quiet at night. Comfy bed. The bad: No water for drinking. Few amenities in the bathroom (bar of soap, shampoo). Pretty old. Not cleaned under the bed (bits of packaging here and there). TV is in a weird aspect ratio, and not many channels on offer, or a guide as to what is available or how to work it. The ugly: 250cdn/night, booked months in advance. Worth 50 IMHO.

傢俱和床上用品比較舊，第一天入住洗手間抽風機壞了，還好給我換了另外一間，沒有以前好，以前有非常好的自助早餐🥣現在沒有了，早餐衹是一個muffin 一瓶水一包飲料🥤和小吃一個蘋果🍎還有一小包零食比以前自助早餐差多了，服務比以前差了，沒有機場接送車🚗沒有車接送不太方便，前台服務不錯👍

已付款8/21-8/28的旅店費用，因班機問題延後一天到旅店8/22，當天櫃台人員表示沒有事先告知延後一天入住，所以沒有房間了，經櫃台人員溝通會扣一晚罰金剩餘天數會退還餘額，所以現場馬上又訂8/22-8/28，最後結果旅店沒退餘額，TRIP 系統還多扣了我訂房費用，申訴無門。 I paid for a hotel stay from August 21st to 28th, but my flight was delayed by one day until August 22nd. The front desk staff told me that they hadn't informed me of the one-day delay, so there were no rooms available. They explained that they would deduct a one-night penalty and refund the remaining balance for the remaining nights. So I immediately booked another room on the spot for August 22nd to 28th. In the end, the hotel didn't refund the remaining balance, and the TRIP system even overcharged my booking. I have no way to appeal.

中規中矩，房間不大但衞生間蠻大的。 設施不算新，但保養比較好。 房間還是比較乾淨的。 雖然離機場不遠，但非常安靜。 前台很熱情，高效。 吐槽早餐，太草率了，全部是帶走的，一人一包，拎著挺重的，其實是一瓶水和一罐蘋果汁重。其餘就一個粗糧一樣的派，一個袋裝的小麥蜂和一衹蛇果。這種早餐還不如沒有。

非常差的酒店，房間燈光昏暗，空調吵到好像轟炸機，電話黏糊糊，好惡心，最可怕是被子邋遢，有一大塊跡，枕頭不舒服，房子一股煙味，2300多的酒店還不如我們國內幾百塊的快捷酒店，千萬不要訂，我們因為航班取消選機場附近的酒店，沒想到差成這樣，我們不知道downtown 離機場車程才半小時，要知道住市區選擇超多。

The location in proximity to the airport is terrific, however they do not have a shuttle as advertised. It was an $18 Uber ride to the airport from the hotel. The bed had 2 very thin pillows on the king sized bed and they did not have any extras available at all when we asked for more. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower, the fridge made a loud buzzing noise the entire night, the lights in the room flickered badly (so we kept them turned off) and the cable television is extremely "snowy" it is nowhere near the minimal HD expectations of today's generation. On the positive side, they do offer a bagged breakfast (an apple, juice box, a small muffin, Nutrigrain bar and water bottle) that you can request at the front desk in the morning it was a nice touch. The room was large and had a small coffee maker and mini fridge in it. Don't do what I did though and leave the water bottle in your carry on through the security scan it gets a personal secondary manual search and then tossed.
