來溫哥華入住這家酒店跟回家的感覺一樣，主人非常nice大別墅打理的環境非常好，我臨出發前服務生還幫忙拿東西，性價比極高的一家家庭房間，衞浴都是國內一線品牌科勒產品，下次還會選擇這家酒店

孩子去溫哥華上學，入住宿舍前一直住在這裡，孩子反饋房間整潔舒適，周圍也比較安靜和安全。就是交通出行對於沒有車來説不是特別方便，出去時往往需要步行15分鐘坐公交，再換乘天車，因為單行路線好在回程公交停在離住宿很近的街區，所以價格上會有優勢，性價比不錯

很好的地方，方便，房間整潔，老闆娘Jessica很熱心，我晚上2點才到，摸不著頭腦，還跑出來為我親自開門，位於溫哥華的華人生活圈，距離機塲才只有10鐘車程，下次一定再來

Nice property, convenient contactless check-in. Staff responsive by text or phone. I was traveling for a conference and found the room restful, comfortable, clean and very roomy. There was coffee in the morning, the house was quiet and welcoming. Recommend for business travel in the area.

Owner is nice. No front desk, just self check in with info sent to you ahead of time. Location is very close to Richmond downtown. Enough parking space in the front as well as back side of the building. Room is relatively clean but there was a big cloud of dust sticking out on top of the door. Door does not have any other locks but one simple push lock on the knob only, and my parents felt insecure. Room has no TV, no facial napkins, no desk and no pen/notepad to leave notes. Would be nicer if they include some more basic amenities. Bathroom only provides body soap and shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. The pillows are not comfortable though, too lumpy & flat with zero support. They do have a fridge and coffee/tea in the communal area. With the same price, I could have booked a hotel room but I wanted to give this new place a try. If you only need a bed and a shower for a quick sleepover, this can be a good option if they change out the pillows. You also need to sort and take out the trash yourself. They also provide slippers at the entrance but unsure if they sanitize them everyday after being used by previous guests.
