Easy accessible. No place to park, can be challenging. No free A/C! Although even July can be pretty cool during the night, you might need AC occasionally but you have to pay extra

The treatment I got in this hotel has been the worse of my life. I had book for 5 nights with the right to cancel and get a full refund, and finally I needed to cancel one night. The hotel didn't reply no matter what until it was too late, and even with the proof of the tentative of contacting them they refused to refund even 1 euro. The workers have been extremely rude and unprofessional and not polite at all. In addition, the room was quite dirty, they didn't clean it every day as expected, and if you want to use the air conditioning they charge extra money, even if it was included in the description of the room and the reservation. The only decent thing is the location. I travel really a lot for work and pleasure, never experienced such a thing. Avoid it!!!
