    It wouldn’t have been a bad experience if they took care of the maintenance. We had a horrible stay because there was a beeping noise every 60 seconds that didn’t let my family and me have a good rest. So, pleasant nights turned into nightmares. I reported this annoying beeping noise, that came from the main door lock, to the number they gave me for support. However, it was not solved. In addition to the annoying beeps the bathroom sliding door got stuck; someone came to “fix it” but they only did a slight adjustment that didn’t solve the problem. It was extremely hard to close the door. Last, but not least, the toilet stopped flushing down our last night. The manager/owner replied back to my complaints with a very polite message but neither compensation nor any credits were offered. Don’t book here.

    This apartment under a compan-Heimaleiga, no counter service, self check in and service. They locked the door because say we didn't pay the tax, but they didn't WhatsApp or email the link to pay tax and no any service staff to contact. We have contact with WhatsApp but so funny is they said cannot use WhatsApp to contact me by the tax payment??? Location is nearby bus stop to city centre, no changing or cleaning services when during stay, but can take the towel from public area by ourselves.

    El recargo de limpieza te lo cobran al llegar y no hay nadie presencialmene, te mandan SMS para pago urgente o te amenazan con echarte, muy mal
