22山酒店 (22 Hill Hotel)

沒有前台，大門是鎖住的需要密碼進，因此你們到的時候需要在寒風中打門口貼的電話（接電話的是call center一樣的地方，意味著你每次打都要講述一遍事情經過），電話還時不時的斷線（我不理解為什麼不提前通知客人）。我們住了兩晚，打了很多次電話（因為密碼進不了樓下大門或房間）。第二天晚上同一個房間還給了另一對小情侶，人家晚上要入住説是酒店給的就是我們房間，按我們密碼，還叫我們開門核對，我們兩個女的嚇都嚇死了好嗎！簡直太沒安全感了（全程酒店神隱）。最後一次第三天早上吃好早飯回房間密碼失效了（猜測是因為昨晚的事情給我們改了密碼），然後在門口打電話報房間號名字密碼，然後説給我們改成這個密碼了，還好我們馬上check out了，不然周圍房間誰耳朵好不就聽到了密碼了嗎？ 相比這種安全問題，沒前台服務，房間設施簡陋，沒有人收垃圾都已經是他們的小問題了，呵呵。

房間雖小，但是入駐很方便，密碼出入，附近150米🈶️小豬超市，採購也很近。早餐也不錯，去主街、珍珠樓都不算太遠。

位置離商店街很近，附近也有超市，適合短暫居住

超級舒服的旅行！！！環境很舒適！景色美！

酒店房間細，泊車位是路邊車位，要先到先得！

很差，房間小，晚上八點之後沒人辦入住，早餐不好吃

性價比的不高。

DO NOT STAY HERE! Where do I begin with all of the issues I had. To start, there is no one working the front desk. IF YOU DO MOT HAVE A SMART PHONE THAT WORKS IN CIELAND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN THE DOOR LET ALONE CHECK IN TO YOUR ROOM! Upon arrival we were surprised that we had to follow a sheet of paper that is posted outside the hotel to figure out how to check in, all while standing outside in the cold, because the doors are locked due to no employees being on the premises other than cleaners for a couple of hours. We ended up having to wait until a cleaner walked by the front door and essentially begged them to be let in. Also, the information given during booking for check in time was also not accurate. We then had to repeatedly call the number listed to get ahold of someone to help us check in as the number was not working at first (yes we dialed the number correctly). Further into the night we had an issue with the toilet and once again tried calling the number we were given at check in for assistance and were told we had to fix it ourselves as there are no employees AT ALL in the hotel to help assist you with anything. (We were even told there were no other rooms to move us to even though the hotel was basically empty. We had seen only 3 other couples and one single man. We also knew the rooms all down our hallway were empty as we had not seen or heard ANYONE in our very long hallway.)

Overall the hotel location and food is fine. Service is not very friendly though…. Coffee corner ran out of water, coffee and hot water. The front desk lady was quite helpful when I have enquiries.
