凱亞博格酒店 (Hotel Borg by Keahotels)

很有設計藝術的老牌酒店，地理位置極佳，去老城區citywalk很方便。周邊也有很多餐廳和24小時超市。推薦來雷市旅遊的朋友們可以來體驗哦。

酒店很漂亮，轉彎有個24小時超市很方便，我買了冰島電話卡。附近景色很漂亮。離bus stop #3步行大概5分鐘。

地理位置非常好！所有要去的地方就在邊上

房間比較小但性價比高 不提供牙刷拖鞋

Hotel is in a lovely central location, but that is it. Bathroom is very small, every time I tried to wash the face or clean the teeth water was all over the floor. Very noisy place, drunk youngsters singing, shouting outside. You could close the windows but then it would be hot, if u keep them open even if the noise were not that annoying then constant smell of fast food was disgusting. I was told on checking in that breakfast was not included, so I did not go for breakfast as it was ridiculously expensive, on checking out opposite information was given- breakfast was included with my room! No one came to clean room or even replace coffee pots or toilet paper for 4 days! When I asked reception I was told I should have asked them if I needed anything. In which 4 star hotel u need to ask reception for your room to be cleaned or garbage taken out? Definitely does not meet European standards of 4 or even 3 star hotel. And extremely expensive. For this price in every other European country u could have had 5 star hotel, or even 5 plus. So to be honest I expect refund for all my not eaten breakfasts and return at least 50% of money u charged me. Big disappointment, would not recommend it. Forgot about view from window- nothing, just windows from other buildings and some stairs. Whoever gave this hotel good review probably never stayed in 4 or 5 or even 3 star hotel in Europe!
