Our 2 bedroom suite has 3 stories. The entrance was on the 2nd floor, there were no elevators. On the second floor there were 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry. Go up a flight of stairs there’s the living room, kitchen and dining area, and a powder room. The house was generally clean and tidy. But when we were about to go to sleep we saw a few strands of hair under the pillows and it was quite disturbing. We knew it was not our hair because we saw it just as we were going to bed and picked up the pillows to fluff them; no one had used the bed yet. We then opened the blanket to check and there was one strand of hair under the covers too. Management apologized for it and was sincere but that did not help with our experience. It was the hair under the pillows that made us feel that bedsheets were likely not changed. A few other things: Headrail of blind was loose and fell down when we opened the blind. In the kitchen cooking oil/condiments seemed to be provided, but was empty. Overall I would probably have rated this stay 4.5 stars if it wasn’t for the hair on the bedsheets. That made us all feel very uneasy

位置很好，周邊很多餐廳！房間很大，設施很新！有幾個問題，最不好的體驗就是沒有電梯，2層大行李上上下下的非常費勁！要求住一層沒提供！入住規定時間前沒有打掃好，等了半小時，小哥打掃得衞生尚可！沒有酒店前台，住宿規定要求嚴格，很多罰款規定！有廚房但沒有足夠的用具例如烤盤煎鍋調料，有洗衣機衹有兩個洗衣膠囊，空調一直工作，沒辦法停止。

I really wanted to love Basecamp at Revelstoke, the idea is brilliant. If you need help they’re just a whatsap away. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the rooftop hot tub is such a great bonus with the snow capped mountains in the distance. Unfortunately we arrived to a bathroom that had bloodstains on the wall. We complained and were promptly moved to another apartment which we appreciated. However the second apartment also had blood stains on the wall. We were too tired to move again, but it was very disappointing. I would recommend them, just check the cleanliness of your apartment first.

住宿前一天，會用Email傳房門密碼給房客，可是我沒注意，且當天晚上11:30才抵達，完全沒有服務人員，幸好有留服務電話，才得到密碼進房，真是虛驚一場。我們住五人房分兩層樓，沒電梯需走樓梯，內附完整廚具客廳和餐桌，整體又新又乾淨又可以洗衣服，提供遊客完美的住宿，去超級市場買些食物回來煮，省了好多伙食費。隔天直接離開，完全不用辦check out，真是誠實信任的國度，很喜歡！住這裡真的太棒了！

Place is completely new, at least to us! State of the room was super sparkly clean & modern with marble countertop even. And also a huge room with enough space to open up 2 large luggages fully without feeling cramped. Easy and very responsive agents to communicate with.

Basecamp Suites Revelstoke was a great place to stay. The 3 bedroom could accommodate 8 people comfortably. The place was clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommended.
