一切都很棒！karen看到我們快進來時到門口迎接，酒店乾淨，安靜，有按我的期望安排遠離電梯的屋子，窗戶能看到很美的夕陽，床也舒服，非常好的旅程。

Very close to Xmas market square, but a bit distance if you are visiting city centre of Reims and the Cathedral. But all in all the hotel is new and clean. The shower seems sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not consistent.

Modern and clean! This is what I am looking for during a 訂房網站, especially long day with busy schedule. Love the bed as well, very comfortable. Price was friendly also!

Tout s’est bien passé sauf que le dernier jour, j’ai vu qu’ils avaient tenté de faire valider le paiement de ma note de frais de repas en chambre sans m’avoir prévenue, ni demandé l’autorisation. Au moment de mon Check out j’ai fait la remarque au réceptionniste qui m’a sortie une excuse très très bidon! Soit disant qu’ils ont eu un pb informatique et qu’il avait peur qu’au moment où j’allais quitter l’hôtel, le problème persiste toujours donc il a tenté d’anticiper le règlement. Je n’y crois pas… bref! Pourtant le séjour était sympa jusque là
