The front desk service was disappointing — staff showed no friendliness or engagement at all. At check-out, I just dropped the key card without any eye contact or basic courtesy, which left a very poor impression. The hotel is old, with outdated facilities that do not match the photos online. The room windows were extremely dirty, with obvious stains, which was unacceptable. Overall, this stay was far below my expectations, and I will not be staying here again.

Our experience has been really good. We love the brunch dishes at HIY steaks, The beds are comfortable. We get to hike down the paths nearby. Enjoy short 訂房網站s to familiar fast food places. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience and we get to see bunny and deer sighting in one of our walks.

There wasn’t an elevator to get to the 2nd floor standard rooms. The fire alarm went off for the first hour we were there. Room was clean and quiet even though they where under renovations in the lobby doing flooring.

I love this place and I have been in this hotel few times. Buffet is great and cheap , reception very friendly. Only one thing what I notice that bathroom baseboard was very dirty and corners in the tub was not clean that's why I give 4 . I was in room 229. I hope see you soon again😀😀😀
