莎麗太平洋度假村 (Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa Redang Island)

我的照片帶大家體驗真的Sari Pacific 酒店。請不要被訂房網站的照片所欺騙！ 這是訂房網站海外對中國遊客智商的侮辱！我在另外的房型評價已經説得夠多了。

大家聽我一勸 真的是很噁心的一家度假村 吃的更是一言難盡 床單上全是血跡 馬桶也是黑的 房間門口全是垃圾 蒼蠅蚊子到處飛 各種爬蟲 旅行中最糟糕的一次體驗 更沒有任何服務可言

Last minute plan ke Redang satu family, anak kecil 2 orang, resort semua penuh. So resort ni je kosong. Our expectation pada mulanya ingatkan resort ni teruk sangat (as per review), tapi sepanjang 3hari 2malam, everything run smoothly. Bilik memang sangat2 besar. Booking 1 bilik katil queen (paling murah), tapi dapat bilik 2 katil queen, siap ada balkoni. Anak2 memang seronok. Tiada housekeping yang bersihkan bilik setiap hari, so jaga kebersihan macam bilik sendiri. Air mineral, nescafe, teh,towel, memang disediakan untuk 3 hari 2 malam. Resort ni memang style resort lama & klasik era 90an, tapi saya suka design macam ni, menggamit nostalgia. Breakfast semua ok, yang penting kenyang. Di Pulau Redang, nasi goreng warung pun harga RM20 sepinggan. So kena hargai makanan dan minuman di sini..Kami ambil pakej 2 orang dewasa breakfast, tapi incharge untuk kitchen bagi kami free breakfast untuk anak2 kami (umur 6tahun & 3tahun) sepanjang 3 hari 2 malam walaupun kami berkeras nak bayar. Rasa terharu dengan layanan staff. Bab fasiliti tu di luar bidang kuasa mereka, tapi effort mereka untuk berikan yang terbaik amat dihargai. Resort ni sesuai untuk family yang nak create memory, 24jam boleh mandi tepi pantai, main layang2, main pasir & luang masa dengan anak2, ada buaian & tempat santai di tepi pantai yang disediakan oleh pihak resort..Di bahagian hujung resort ada fireshow sekitar pukul 8.30 malam. Di sarankan untuk bawa torchlight @ headlamp untuk berjalan2 tepi pantai sebab agak gelap walaupun ramai orang..Pantai di bahagian resort kurang berombak kerana ada penghadang pulau lain,.memang selamat untuk kanak2, view pun cantik. Kalau rasa nak create memory dengan family, inilah tempatnya.. Tapi kalau nak serba serbi lengkap macam menginap sebelah KLCC, tak boleh ada sedikit kekurangan, Tar××s Beach Resort ialah tempatnya.

Everything was dirty when we got there, and the room full of mosquitoes. The door of the balcony doesn't close properly so there can come insects inside. There is an empty artificial lake with stagnant water. The main pool is correct. It's a pity because the place is beautiful, but it's not well maintained.

Room dirty, service from receptionist out. Food for breakfast limited. Service from manager also out. Totally dissatisfied.

It is a very great location with beautiful beach that clean soft and white sand. The Resort is well spaced but run down currently awaiting big overhaul fix up as property is just been sold. It was really good before Covid where rooms were clean every single day- it is different this year I guessed due to run down over the years and Covid effects uncertainty till it is just been sold now. I look forward to the new management with great improvements on the rooms and facilities of this beautiful resort at the best perfect location

L’hôtel était en soit très bien et fonctionnel, mais ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos on dirait que l’hôtel est à l’abandon depuis des années, mobilier très vieux, chambres salles, extérieurs non entretenues (ne ressemblent pas aux photos). De plus ce manque d’entretien dans les chambres amène des surprises : par exemple il y avait un rat derrière notre frigo, Pour ce qui est du personnel très gentil, petit déjeuner très basique mais qui fais l’affaire.

蚊子有點多，沒熱水

Wifi is not available but also it does not getting reception (hotlink), so we were bit worried if we could not use internet during staying this island.(We could get the reception other hotel area on long beach. ) Not cleanened the bathroom especially bathtub side. Good thing is pool and the pool side area infront of beach. They provided beach towels.

暑假期間其他酒店都滿房，所以頂了莎莉，酒店位置在熱浪島最左邊，唯一的好處就是走出酒店就見到海！在前台等了快一個小時拿到鑰匙，房間在二樓看向泳池的方向，雖然泳池一滴水都沒有，進入房間兩張床，一台空調衹是對著一張床吹，另外一張床的人覺得很熱，洗手間的水管不定時全天候的哇哇叫，噪音很大，第一天晚上根本睡不著，第二天出海去了，以為有人會打掃房間，然鵝並沒有，垃圾桶/用過的浴巾，都沒有更換，到了第三天早上八點退房，前台一個人都沒有，找遍了附近的工作人員都説要等，知道8:40前台慢悠悠的走來了，還跟我説不要急，入住的時候明明是他跟我説要八點到前台等拖拉機載我們去碼頭的，他摸摸蛐蛐的安排又過了十五分鐘，眼看就要9點開船了，8:50拖拉機終於開過來，一路顛簸到了碼頭，離開了這個爛酒店，天氣好的時候熱浪島是很美的，就是被這個酒店搞壞了度假心情
