超棒的度假村，每張照片都美到瘋，度假村前的沙灘乾淨到不行，可以看到很多很美的魚。提供的三餐每次都會有不一樣，而且度假村提供的浮潛之旅都很棒，想會想每趟都參加，晚上還有live演唱，躺在度假村提供的沙灘躺椅坐著聽歌吹海風，真的很愜意！我個人覺得唯一的缺點是沒有其他不一樣的設施可以體驗或是購物，所以待太多天真的會有點無趣，除非是真的來這裡完全放鬆休息的人！

Fantastic resort , suitable for couples, family and friends. Many activities to do during day time. Staff are well trained and so much respectful and helpful. Staff for activities are expert in their jobs (big thanks to hero ake, he took us in jungle trekking and it was great tour. Resort is well organized, almost everything is there. If I want to talk about pros i will never finish. Cons: really hard to spot the sunset from the resort. Buffet is medium although so many different dishes. Some activities accept only credit/debit cards while others always accept cash or put it under the your room. Check out is lil early (11 AM)

I was quite surprised by the experience, especially for a resort charging around $200 per night. There’s no Wi-Fi in the room, and no phone to contact the reception. The QR code in the room meant to provide guest information leads to a broken link, and the toilet bidet was rusted. At the buffet restaurant, the food quality was below expectations. ingredients felt cheap, and they even used block margarine instead of individual butter packs, which didn’t feel hygienic. During our stay, prawns were only served once, and when we ordered them separately, they turned out to be frozen, not fresh. The only positive side is the good location. However, it was disappointing that almost everything required an extra charge, including the life jackets, which I expected to be included for hotel guests. Overall, the stay didn’t match the premium pricing or expectations for a resort of this category.

Had a great stay here! Clean, cozy room, friendly staff, and the location is 👌👌 close to shops, restaurants, and the jetty. Totally worth it! Only downside, the restaurant toilet looked like it survived a small disaster 😅. Some guests clearly don’t know how to use a bidet or flush properly. Please, people, let’s keep it decent! 🚽🙈

Бронировали отель на 3 ночи, нас встретили в аэропорту, довезли на пароме до острова. Пляж с отелем просто обалденный, рыб можно без маски смотреть. Нам еще повезло, мы попали на мероприятие, выпускали маленьких черепашек в море. Кормили 3 раза, выбор большой, всё организованно, не надо бегать в поисках свободного стола. Экскурсии классные, плавание с черепахами просто детский восторг. Единственное, что я бы вдругой раз не стала брать на двоих большой номер с видом на сад, т.к. по факту это был 4х местный номер на задний двор с видом на джунгли и дорогу по которой ездит персонал.

I had a very pleasant stay at Laguna with my husband & toddler. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for a good rest. The facilities, such as the pool and dining, were well-kept and enjoyable. The breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet have a delicious variety of options. I enjoyed every foods served. Location was convenient, close to shops and near to the Long Beach. The beach is clean and crystal clear. I enjoyed the snorkelling 訂房網站 in the hotel package. The whole journey was memorable and adventure. Overall, it was a great experience with just a few small areas for improvement, such as queuing and waiting period during the lunch/dinner. I would definitely consider staying here again.

瓶裝水需要打電話，他們會送過來，浮潛要租救生衣，和麵鏡，帶度數的要更貴點，賬單直接掛在房子上，退房再結賬。5個救生衣，2個麵鏡（其中一個帶度數）一共125RM/天，上島要上島費的成人30rm，小童15rm.上島後先checkin，然後去吃飯，浮潛是3:00，其實比較趕的.還有喂鯊魚活動

親身體驗之後發現這家酒店確實是熱浪島最好的酒店，酒店門口的沙灘很白，很細，海水也很乾凈清澈每天的三餐也很豐富，不重樣，雖然房間設施有點老舊，但衞生做的維護得很不錯，一架全包的模式很省心，基本沒有額外的花銷，下次來熱浪島還會選擇這家度假村

首先房間景色很美沒得説其次他們家的服務可以説是毫無服務本來預訂了三天兩夜因為在吉隆坡太無聊了想提前一天上島於是多加了一天行程然後噩夢開始了。1.酒店自動發送的加多一天的入住訊息填寫的二維碼以及船票二維碼無法正常顯示需要加多的小童費用也不確定能否電子付款多次電郵酒店沒有任何回覆訂房網站管家也協助我多次致電（此處非常感謝）但是前台均未接聽電話客服也表示非常無奈😮💨。 2.我們坐的最早的一班船到達酒店此時因為並沒有房間可以入住於是先帶孩子們換好泳衣去海里游泳了等到第二波客人到達的時候酒店在派發酸梅水想著給孩子拿一杯結果酒店人員以我們衣服已經濕了不是新入住的客人為由強硬拒絕和相關人員進行解釋人家根本不聽 4000多一晚的錢都花了還差你那巨小無比的一杯水？3.晚上6點多左右我們房間洗澡已經沒有熱水了全程“沖涼” 服務人員態度因人而異吧確實也有態度很好的黑人小哥但是有些員工真的很差勁

房間空間大，有點舊但整體還不錯，乾淨整潔，還有陽台。度假村的沙灘非常漂亮，配套也比較完善，包了3次浮潛還有一次三餐，中餐也挺合胃口的，吃不慣還有火鍋選擇（另付費），晚上還有樂隊駐唱，玩的很開心
