Nice staff, nice room with a balcony, gave us free drinks. But the room was set for one (one cup, one chair on the balcony, etc.) and we didn't have a remote for the second AC set at 22oC (too cold!). The pool is too small for a hotel this big and no shades on the pool bed.

Hôtel bien situé mais en 4 nuits à aucun moment les draps ont été changés. Les serviettes ont été changées tout les jours la chambre refait tout les jours mais les draps non pas été changés. Il y avait un tache sur le drap que je retrouvais chaque soir quand je me couchais. Un certains manquement aux niveau de certains personnel du petit déjeuner

O atendimento do radisson, café da manhã e vista dos quartos para o mar são seus grandes diferenciais. Todos do hotel são muito agradáveis e disponíveis, em especial a recepcionista Juliana que nos solucionou um contratempo muito rapidamente. Deixo apenas a sugestão que as cortinas das janelas dos quartos sejam lavadas.

Hotel bem localizado com cafe da manhã excelente muito bom atendimento em especiall a pessoa que faz as omeletes muito solicita e simpatico. O hotel estava em o bras e um dos elevatores não funcionava e gerava espera. Recomendo o hotel pela atencao e hospitalidade.

酒店的房間很大。特別寬敞。但是依然存在同樣的問題，就是洗護用品的質量相對來説較差。還有一個問題，就是游泳池沒有辦法在晚上游泳，因為沒有加溫系統，水比較涼。其他的方面都是很棒，各方面服務都是非常周到的，工作人員也很熱情。
