位置方便，房間也整齊乾淨！就是在 訂房網站付款後要自己聯絡酒店提供證件副本、再提交150英鎊按金，然後酒店才給你入住指南！而整個過程一共打了4、5次電話，直到入住前一個多小時還要再打電話催促才給我發入住指南！在訂房網站訂了那麼多次酒店，也是第一次遇到這個情況！雖然房間很不錯！但永不會再入住

Terrible experiences: 1) Trip didn’t remind us there is no check in service on site, we had to call them and pay 150 pound in advance online, 2) when we got in at 11 in the evening, the 3 radiators were out of order when the temperature was minus 3. We called them again and again, they couldn’t send any staffs to check n fix it. After mid night, they finally brought 2 mobile heaters. I think Trip must remind the clients what the booking conditions is.
