訂房網站今次安排得非常差，在訂房網站 app上明明訂了Crown Plaza Reading 酒店, 附近有River side 和近Reading 市的，但最後原來這間酒店上年2024年6月已經結業，不明白為何今天仍然還可以在app內book到入住！最後被迫要轉去Crown Plaza Reading East另一間離市中心非常遠的酒店，每次出入都要成的士，每程收費最少都要£20，但酒店附近一樣設施都冇，在公路旁邊的酒店，環境非常差，所以每日都要來回浪費£40才可以到市中心買用品和食飯！訂房網站一定要正視這個問題，唔可以再欺騙顧客！

地鐵行過去約15分鐘路程，設施比較舊，酒店有條河，有花園，好多鴨仔，天鵝，海鷗，早餐可以，附近也有食肆，買返灑店食都好方便

Lovely stay at the Crowne plaza, breakfast was quite busy and things weren’t re stocked which wasn’t great but still a lovely place to stay Also access to the spa and pool etc which was great Just make sure you watch the kiddie time as that can upset your relaxation time

Good, standard hotel but needs an update. Positives, good location (for Reading) and stunning Thames river parks on doorstep. Excellent gym. Breakfast good but limited and doesn’t cater for international or healthy options such as salads, greens etc. Rooms ok, but old feeling and some surfaces dusty on arrival, tv is old terrestrial, no streaming. Service, they seemed to not figure out I had paid for breakfast In advance and the problem recurred 5 days in a row until eventually I had to send my booking details to proof it, messy and either the fault of 訂房網站.com or IHG. Parking should be free for hotel guests.

裝修比較老，但很乾凈，在進小鎮的十字路口，對面就是加油站，停車也比較方便。早餐是非常傳統的英國早餐，沒有驚喜，但也可以接受。

環境好，濱河，河裡有大群天鵝。服務不錯，房間舒適但有點小，也夠用。去火車站很方便，步行差不多十分鐘距離。

這家酒店大堂看上去還是很新的，但是房間的設施是真的舊。 第一天夜裡四點多被整棟樓的報警鈴吵醒，全部人都睡眼朦朧地走到大堂，然後被告知是某一間的煙霧報警器響了. 第二天，我們定了三晚含早的房間，被告知代理傳到酒店的後面兩天不含早，需要自己寫郵件到酒店. 整體感受是我在英國的兩週裡面最低的～附近交通還是挺便利的，離火車站15-20分鐘路程，可以方便來回倫敦

Amazing hotel in the perfect spot, about 10 minutes walk to Reading. Breakfast fab and the bar for a drink in the evening was really fab, ie seating and comfort to relax.
