We checked in on Oct 8,2025. The hotel photos, especially in the room, are misleading. On the hardware, the apartment rooms are the most ridiculous I have seen in hotels ie that the space is very large for living, corridors and bedroom but the toilet and totle wash basin is the most insane- see photo where the basin os tiny and sandwish in an indent that is about 18 inches amd shower cubicle of 2ft by 2ft. How can one possible use the wash basis ? Futher, externally, was cold at 4C and windy. Outside cold air seeps thru into the apartment. Also,we experienced the power/ electrical black out 2 times in just a one night stay and seem the electirical load fsctor is insufficent!! On the practical use of the apartment, there is NO rubbish bin, no paper tissue, and the bedroom door could not close as the bed plus side table protrudue u to the door!!. The curtain cannot be drawn too. The F&B could not get us a simple takeaway breakfast as we had to leave early, and the ealiest they could make was 7.30am when the restaurant opens at 8am. The packed breakfast was sandwiches, whole fruits, and a bottle of water, which can be done during dinner time the day before However, the night receptionist named Salih was very helpful and helped us with these and go out of way to make it easier for our one night stay. In summany, staff was great but the hardware and management of the rooms was not acceptable. I will NOT recommend anyone to stay unless they are fine with sucu conditions

Мы заселились 10 сентября, и сразу по прибытию девушка на ресепшене нас убеждала, что у нас оплачено только на 1 человека в их системе, предлагая оплатить за второго еще за 3 ночи, после нашей настойчивости она кому-то позвонила, чтобы узнать и оказалось, что все нормально и у нас все оплачено, с ее стороны это было грубо, как-будто мы ******. Также мы бронировали номер с 2 отдельными кроватями, на фото такие номера были, но нам дали номер с 1 кроватью, мы поменяли его на другой, где 2 кровати, но нам пришлось их раздвинуть и просить 2 простынь. Также она сообщила, что стиральная машина сломана, а через 2 дня другая девушка сказала, что сломана только сушилка, и мы не усели постирать наши вещи. В номере не работали розетки на одной стене, и не работал телевизор. На кухне есть плита, но нет кастрюли или сковородки, так что ничего не приготовишь. Завтраки были довольно хорошие, есть что выбрать и позавтракать, в номерах было действительно чисто, в спа и бассейне практически не было людей в это время, но возможно было покупаться. Вариантов поужинать в ресторане не очень много, а ресторан неподалеку работает только 3 дня в неделю и слишком поздно для ужина. В качалке нет особо тренажеров, а один сломан, моему мужу это было важно и он расстроен. Туда можно ехать, если у вас есть своя машина и вы ходите побыть в тишине.
