Hotel differentiate Online booking guest and Hotel booking guest for check in timing. Rooms were fine but the bathroom was below average . Food was good and swimming pool was the best

Rooms are king size and too spacious with multiple activities for one to be entertained. Green Leaf Resorts are the best.

We reached the hotel around 2pm, the ambience and place was good, the view from the Suite room was magnificent. Our mother in law whose age was 67 years was also ***** with us. At the same time the lift was breakdown since morning and none of the technician came to repair/fix it. So we ***** with the in law took the stairs and it was very disappointing. bathroom of the suite was damage and water logging every where. Hot and cold water was available at specific time only. food also was average. "Not worth the money" expensive but its price doesn't reflect its value or usefulness

i had booked suit room with bathtub. room was spacious but lacks ventilation and maintainance. Curtains had a very mouldy smell. it was not at all worth spending on room with bathtub as the tub was unclean. There was no hot water supply. when asked about the same they sent a plumber in to check, after which hot water ran for about 5 minutes and later the tub was filled with cold water. so no one could enjoy a hot tub bath. The spa facility starts late. So any1 wants to use the spa in the morning b4 checkout you cant do that. The breakfast spread had variety but the poha was too dry, misal was saltless, idli were too dry and hard, there was no bread toaster available. the most shocking part for me was that they charged a single medium sized slice of rava fried king fish 600 rs. Once can get a 1 kg kind fish at d same rate or eat whole king fish thali at a good restaurant at that cos. and the king fish they served was not even fresh. so overall i would not recommend a suit room booking to anybody. A normal room is worth spending on here and do not order fish from them.

Location - 4/5 - while it is about a kilometre from the mandir, it is farther from the beach, though you get a view from many rooms. Restaurant - 4/5 - good breakfast spread, good service, okay cooking Service - 4/5 - simply because I didn't get a Wow, anytime. Price - 3.5-4/5 - had booked it about a week in advance, though I doubt if I could have gotten better rates anytime sooner as well.

The property is located on the main road easily accessible to anyone. The rooms are very neat and clean. Food is bit expensive but quality is good. The best part is cleaning of swimming pool. Even during summer time, the water was very transparent and odour free. Indoor game facility is maintained very well.

Property is Big but not well maintained, grass and swimming pool is Ok but rooms and water fittings are not appropriate also passage cleanliness not up to the mark Food quality is good and staff is polite and prompt at service. Breakfast buffet quality needs some improvement
