When we reached at the hotel, the manager told us that this over booking. There is no room left. He gave us one temporary a compact room to keep our luggage and told us he would give us room in the evening aroud 6-7pm. We agreed to it as we didn't have any other option to go somewhere else. However, he actually gave us room round 8. 30pm. This room was not the type of room i booked. I have booked ac delux room but he gave us non ac room without tv. For compensation he offered us one time veg meal that was also not upto the mark. It was total waste of money, discomfort for us.

This is an excellent rustic farm to table stay, disconnect from the hustle bustle of a metropolitan life to experience first hand farm life and calm stay.

The experience was not upto expectation. Hospitality was not good. The staff kept beckering, the whole property was abandoned and empty. We had requested for dinner, the owner did not ask us what we would like to eat and instead gave us very bland food which we did not like. The rooms were dirty n pool very dirty. There was no hot water, no soap, no handwash in room. Toilet was dirty. I had to clean it myself before using. Very bad experience

Far away from ganpatipule 37 km in a village, food was tasteless and price was too high, power backup was not there was no shop to buy package water as in property package water was not available.

My stay at your resort was really bad. There was no room service and the owner was very rude and just cared about money. The place is too far from everything and you can’t even get a taxi easily. They don’t tell you how much everything costs until the end, and then the bill is huge. They even added 2000 rupees extra without telling us. When we asked about it, the owner got really mean and threatened us. It was a nightmare staying there. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all.

Calm place with beautiful forest atmosphere and private balcony, we came from tn. Stayed here with my grandfather, parents, husband and son. The hospitality was excellent, breakfast was awesome too. Kids friendly restaurant, and 24 hrs hot water. The rooms were clean and tidy. Perfect for peaceful stay and scenic attractions!

Don't fool your valuable customers. You will all the trust from customers one fine day. The resort is located in a horrible remotest place. Accessing with a vehicle also a critical task. Don't misguide the customers.

Anandvan at kelye, ratnagiri is basically a lodging resort to unwind from the hustle of the city. It's located in the deep interior with mango plantations. Donot expect any room service or toiletries, but a large room with a hall. It's ideal for large gatherings. The food was typical of ratnagiri, tasty but very oily. The mornings are waiting to be lazyly enjoyed. Ours was a business 訂房網站 and hence missed out on the other activities. Much needs to be done to convert it into a resort rather than an ashram feeling.

We went there for 2 nights and when we reached, there was no one to attend us. We wanted water and tea but there was no one at the reception as well as no telephone. Their manager took 2. 5 hrs to reach back. We booked a deluxe room and the tiles weren't clean. Ac as well as tv wasn't working. There was no wifi connection so we we're totally out of reach since we had no network there. Washroom had no toiletries and soap ect. Food was good but they only provide basic home food. I wouldn't recommend this resort as they totally failed to provide any service. Probably the owner had a habit of big constructions and no idea of management. Alas!
