Got a chance to visit this hotel, however, they don’t provide drinking water and the facilities what a deluxe room should occupy. It was not there. Even they don’t have a good towel. They don’t have a good soap and the shampoo. The person who is at the counter is not humble .

Hotel ajanta palace is a good hotel, except the reception tried to deny us one of the rooms as they seemed to be over booked due to a wedding the next day. But finally did get our room, a nice and clean hotel with helpful staff and parking. Will definitely stay there again.

Staff is very rude. No cleanliness. Food is also not good. They gave us tea with salt instead of sugar.

Our bed sheet which we carried with us was also taken by house keeping. When enquired they denied but all their bed sheets are label-led so they should be able to distinguish. No attempt made to return the same as staff was overloaded with work

Excellent stay with hotel ajanta palace ratlam. Hotel allowed early check in as our train arrived early. Staff is simple and helpful.

The bed sheets were stained and dirty. Towels were also smelly. Extremely disappointing. Waste of money.

Extremely poor service n bad room quality the door of the bathroom was in a terrible condition such that we cannot lock it, secondly the flush was not working at all n lastly the staff who came for food delivery at room was so arrogant that when asked about any thing always had a no answer in his mouth. Had a very bad terrible experience staying there would never suggest any one to stay there.
