I stayed at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah and overall had a mixed experience. The price is pretty good, and the location in the city centre makes it very convenient for getting around. I want to give special thanks to the Duty Manager who was working on the evening of 25/09 – he was extremely helpful and professional, which I really appreciated. I didn’t get the chance to use the hotel’s facilities, but the room itself was clean and comfortable overall. I especially enjoyed the view overlooking the city and the mountains, which was a nice highlight. That said, I think the rooms would feel cozier if they had some carpets. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the bed. It was extremely shaky and made noises with every movement, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there were only two small pillows, which flattened under my head and didn’t provide any support. As a result, I couldn’t sleep properly and woke up at least four times during the night. In summary, the hotel has a great price, location, and service, but the quality of the bed and pillows needs serious improvement to ensure a good night’s rest.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-kept, making it a great place for both short and long stays. The rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping is very attentive and makes sure everything is in perfect order every day. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-maintained, which added a lot to the comfort of my stay.

Comfortable Stay at Citymax RAK! Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Citymax in Ras Al Khaimah. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location is perfect — close to major attractions and the beach. There was a slight delay in the room service when ordering food, which could be improved, but overall the experience was pleasant. Great value for money — I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Вайфай отключается постоянно !! Ночью он вообще не работает В отеле курят везде , возле внутри - везде прослеживается этот запах( но в самом номере у нас не накурено ) В целом завалиться вечером уставшим нормально, так как пол и постельное белье чистые - к остальному лучше не прикосаться Так же смутили «тагиловцы» НАШИ ИЛИ НЕ НАШИ, возле входа с алкоголем и музыкой ,( может быть нам так повезло, или это просто норма ) еще был пьяный южно африканский друг в лифте. Пишу этот отзыв , еще не было на завтраке - только пойдем сейчас 😆 есть подземный паркинг, но он максимально не удобен если вы с чемоданом , там 1 пролет нести чемодан ( или ехать на служебной лифте - вроде как нельзя, но мы никого не спращивали- как будто бы тут всем фиолетово )

Citymax Hotel offers clean rooms, a great location, and excellent value for money. The staff were helpful, check-in was smooth, and everything was well organized. Perfect for a short, comfortable stay in the city. Would happily return!

+ staff at the receptionand front desk manager Mr. Sameh are amazing, very friendly and helpful , good location - small rooms, cleaning staff forgot changing towels had to remind them 3 times ( 3 days ) seems they need more training.
