Servicio inmejorable! Nos recibieron muy bien al llegar al hotel, explicándonos y mostrándonos todos los servicios de los que disponían. Nos pusieron en una habitación en el ala nueva del hotel y estaba  increíble! Toda la habitación nueva, muy amplia y con una cama muy grande. Ubicación inmejorable, junto al paseo marítimo y próximo a la parte vieja. Volveremos seguro!

如此美好的地方，臨時想住一晚，找了這家Best Western, 果然是plus，以外的好，一切都好，所有的酒店人員，都非常真誠友善，早餐更是超預期的好👍👍👍

這真的是住到現在唯一一家準四星的酒店了，也是花了40歐升級了帶陽台的海景房，但是還算值得。就是還要停車費就性價比不高了，對面的停車場分時段來收費，要是停滿24小時要比酒店的35歐還要貴，所以我們還是停在酒店了，這樣可以安安心心出去玩了

The room and the service in the hotel were both really good, we were very pleased. However, the location was a disaster, it was central and incredibly noisy with mopeds roaring around late into the night and early morning, the noise insulation was really poor. There also was no bar or restaurant in the hotel and while breakfast was fine it was very expensive. Unfortunately due to the noise levels we wouldn’t stay here again, a shame as there is a lot to like but we left feeling exhausted.

前台年紀稍大的馬臉女士 全程不耐煩 態度極差 入住兩晚 由於訂房時候衹有一晚有陽台房間 導致兩天入住不一樣房型 差價700人民幣左右 當天入住告知可以升級兩晚都有陽台 補差價150歐 回覆不需要之後前台開始臭臉… 停車超級貴 對面停車場一天35歐 酒店頂樓的酒吧不錯 值得一去

We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.

Отличный отель, очень вежливый персонал, расположение шикарное. Единственный минус, это отсутствие пляжа с чистой водой, чтоб искупаться в море, нужно уезжать в другие места, там очень грязно. В остальном все замечательно

酒店地理位置超好，在最熱鬧的地方，房間很乾凈，酒店也很漂亮。缺點是停車麻煩，附近交通差堵車，而且沒有私人停車場，需要將車停在公共收費停車場，不適合自駕。

酒店房型可選型較多，但是衹能看到側海景，房間雖然不大，但是設施齊全也很乾凈。酒店早餐很豐盛，周邊餐廳也很多。
