Very bad experience the staff was rude tge room photos in description and actual do not match. The mattress was very bad.

A very small confrontation that happened regarding the items that will be provided during the stay was mineral water bottle. I showed him that it’s mentioned in my voucher still hotel charged me for it and in a very rude way he said you can speak. We don nor provide water and straight away declined the list mentioned in the voucher.
