helpful staff, some facilities not working properly or completely absent (tv not working on arrival, ac getting hot in a bit, sink tap not working, bidet in bathroom either not present or absent), unclear terms on how food is charged, but, on mention, they did respond promptly, clean rooms and no bad smells or any noticeable mentions of any guests staying before, and relatively cheaper than other hotels and close to railway station and in a quieter alley, so no honking from main road. although rooms are not sound proof, from inside or outside. In short, worth it for the money, 3/5.

Rooms were not clean, geyser was not working in one of the rooms. Comod seat was broken. Pretty much unhygienic. Not suitable for family.

Toilet cleaner is poor they did not want on line, they wanted to get directly payment and they increased amount of booking.

Thik hi tha but utna bhi thik nahi tha, deluxe room ke nam pe chota room provide ki gaya tha, tv ka connection bhi kam nahi kr rah a tha. Bs paisa payment ho chuka tha to rhna pada.
