      Service is very Poor,I am directly saying that I feel this hotel is the worst and most pathetic in the Ranchi because the services provided do not match its tariff. There's no staff response.Manny times I called for drinking water but there was no response.

      Nice stay .neat and clean rooms and ambience hotel at very good location for person visiting temple and ghats.

      Compare to price range it's not upto the mark. The rooms are not cleaned properly, and the worst part is very bad smell is coming from tap water (smells like drainage water) Proper lights are not there in the room. Food is Good. Staff behaviour is good. But hotel needs renovation badly.

      The room that I was provided was not very clean. The bed cover looked dirty, the floors did not appear as they were mopped. There was leakage from the taps of the geyser and even the toilet was leaking water on flushing. If you are just looking for a place to stay the night, it's passable. The breakfast is decent.

      Dear mmt, it's not about getting an extra discount, but hotel beena inn doesn't have the basic facilities. They don't have a lift, the intercom facility is not there, the bedcover was torned.

      Very average hotel, basic sevices absent, nolift for deluxe room, very difficult to reach room by s stair. Noxooling by window ac. Such type of hotwl cost only below 1000 rs. Per night.
