Good for office going purpuse. Net is ok, staff and food is ok. All location is near by this hotels

Our experience was terrible, bed sheets, linen, pillows, pillow covers, towels everything was dirty. We have to insist the staff to change everything. There was no hot water in the bathroom. We were booked on room + breakfast, however this hotel doesn’t even have a restaurant. Booking through mm t was misleading.

Toilet not flashed by previous usage. We flashed it before usage Room corner dirty. Cocoraches roaming in room Room common area was dirty.

Bedsheet and pillow covers, blankets are not cleaned and they didn’t have the new ones to replace. Washroom flush also not working

It's a good stay and staff 's behaviour was pretty good. I think this is a great place in ranchi at a prime location.

I booked an ac deluxe room. The hotel is located in a narrow lane. The bed sheet and pillow covers were dirty, the geyser didn't work. The 'free breakfast' was of very poor quality. Four puris, watery alu sabzi, and a cup of tea. Blanket and its cover were not clean and a strong foul odour was coming from the bed. It was a terrible stay ! i feel myself duped by this hotel.

The hotel rooms were dirty , bedsheets , pillow , towel all these things were very dirty at the time of check in as if they don’t even changed the covers after previous guest checked out . The staff also added extra cost of water bottles which they have not given also

The staff wasn’t corporative they were rude and they used to be drunk every night and they fight with their guest too. Their wifi wasn’t working first they gave us a small room which we didn’t book after arguing they gave us a large room which we booked their don’t have a restaurant area in pratap heights instead they get food from pratap residency but the food was good
