Very poor service, intercom was not working, reception was close after 12 am, they locked the main door, incase of any emergency we cannot contact. It was feeling like we are prisoners when they locked the door. My 1st and last stay in this hotel, I booked it after seeing customer reviews and budget friendly cost. They did not meet the expectations. Very bad.

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. On the application it was showing that it is an air conditioned room however they told me that it's not and gave me a non AC room. The room is Dharti the toilet is not properly clean. Their gate closed at 11 p.m. they told me that it is written in the hotel terms and conditions description but it is not written in the description or anywhere. Their intercom is not working the wire is plugged out and also damaged. For some reason I needed to check in at 11:34 night and I booked something from instamart. The delivery boy couldn't even deliver me the product because the gate was locked. The staff behaviour wasn't very good they are always telling me that it is written somewhere in the terms and condition but nothing was written. I will never recommend this to anyone do not go there well if you want to waste your money then go there

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless and well-kept, with everything in perfect working order. Another highlight is the great connectivity—it’s easy to get a cab, making it convenient for exploring the area or traveling to nearby destinations. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service. I’d happily stay here again!

Very clean hotel and the owner and staff behaviour was excellent. We reached ranchi/hotel about 10am, still the hotel staff allowed us for before check-in. Recommend for stay.
