波令溫泉舒特拉保護區旅館 (Sutera Sanctuary Lodges at Poring Hot Springs)

酒店位於國家公園保護區內，進酒店要先買國家公園門票50令吉，住宿為多間住房，房間很小，但交誼廳很大，應該屬於青年旅舍，沒達到酒店等級 由於酒店就在國家公園內，戶外環境優美，空氣新鮮，7點30分就可入園，步道開放到瀑布，我們由於時間限制（要去泡溫泉），走到蝙蝠洞就折返，走了80分鐘 泡溫泉還要繳10令吉，個人池放水大概要一小時，反而泡腳池以放好水，可立即享受，溫泉很純正，水溫40度左右，舒服

海邊的小木屋，距離沙灘也就 10 米遠，酒店 服務很好，還有歡迎飲料，續住了一晚，孩子們很喜歡，但是島上的飯菜不太好吃😢

The stay at River Lodge at Sutera Sanctuary Lodges at Poring Hot Springs was totally relaxing, immersed fully in nature with constant gushing sound of the river flowing next to the lodge. There were multiple attractions at Poring Hot Springs, including the hikes to the waterfalls, the canopy walk, and the various pools. We would highly recommend this place.

Pros: spacious wooden lodge located right at the entrance of the kinabalu park with private parking. We sleep to the sound of the river and wake up to the chirping of the birds and insects. Lodge is very cosy and has 2 bedrooms with individual bathrooms. Friendly staff and attentive service throughout our stay. Convenient and stratetic location to enjoy the park to the fullest (orchid garden, butterfly farm, hiking, hot spring, canopy walk were all really fun). Breakfast was buffet style, simple but sufficient. Cons: linens had some stains on them. No aircon in living room and the old fan was only spinning at the lowest speed even though we set it to full speed. It gets quite hot during noon time. Master bedroom fan and bathroom's hair dryer were not functioning. Curtains were not blackout type and room gets very bright as soon as sun comes out. Need to purchase separate tickets to go into the kanabalu park and the other activities inside. Overall experience was good. Just hope management can do something about the faulty items because room rate isn't cheap and guests deserve to enjoy all amenities in perfect working condition to make the stay more enhoyable and memorable.

Nice place for nature lover. Living in the jungle. Saw many interesting insects on the window glass. Walking distance to the Poring Nature Park.

Well maintained hotel in the nature park with a beautiful jungle restaurant. The lodges only come with separate beds but we were able to move them together. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Kitty came to visit every day. Highly recommended!

Прекрасный отель с проживанием в джунглях. У нас был домик "River Lodge", очень просторный, с двумя спальнями, гостиной и веранде, открытой террасой и двумя отдельными санузлами. Всё оформлено в колониальном стиле, деревянные полы, мебель и рамы в окнах, живые цветы в вазах, очень красиво и уютно. Есть фен, маленький холодильник, все необходимые средства для гигиены, чай, кофе и комплименты в виде печенья, зонты. Когда вы выходите на террасу, оказываетесь в джунглях. За окном течёт бурная горная река, это немного шумно. Завтрак в ресторане "Rainforest", выбор нескольких вариантов по меню (американский завтрак с яичницей и сосисками, панкейки, лепешки роти, и ещё 3 варианта местной кухни). Также можно самостоятельно неограниченно наливать чай и кофе, брать тосты и круассаны, на столе есть масло, джем, арахисовая паста. По другим отзывам я сделала вывод, что даже для того, чтобы пройти в ресторан, необходимо купить билеты в парк. Но мы несколько раз заходили в парк и выходили из него, билеты нас не просили приобрести и показать, мы платили лишь за вход на подвесные мосты. Из минусов отеля могу назвать: неудобные раковины (краны очень короткие), постельное бельё пахнет сыростью (вероятно причина здешних климат). Есть питьевая вода из фильтра, что очень хорошо, но она жёлтого цвета, что настораживает. Однако эти проблемы не омрачили наш отдых, мы ночевали всего одну ночь.

Food is good Very peaceful except when they blow the leafs at 7 am
