    The hotel staff were so polite and helped us out with detailed information. The overall stay was great and the food was excellent. Housekeeping was very good. The location of the hotel was great with amazing river view rooms. Ample car parking facility available

    Excellent hotel at prime location and good amenities and staff at Rajahmundry. The view from the rooms facing Godavari river is serene and beautiful.

    The stay was fine, hotel rooms are small but clean Food was not good, had a fly in one of the food items that i ordered, even though the hotel staff apologised for it, i did not like the hygiene Also there was a delay in checking out, did not like the staff and service that much

    Good Stuff: -Good restaurants and tasty breakfast - Coffee lounge is good as well Improvements needed: - Cigarette smoke every where in the common areas. Smells like a smoke lounge in common areas -This hotel does not access from its property to the river walk bund as it was led to believe -Bed spreads and linen reek with smell of sweat -The front desk lady is untrained and takes her sweet time to check you out even when u are the only one checking out at that time -The checkout policies are "sketchy" at best, depends on whom you ask in the hotel.

    Stay was comfortable..however the food policy needs to be upgraded for people checking on post lunch time due to flight delay. They close lunch and only snacks arw available and we cannot order from outside. When i told will prder and eat outside the hotel, then only they allow me to take outsode food. Better we eat out and then checkin at this hotel.

    Booked club room, although little small in size, all the amenities provided, staff were attentive, partial river view available key highlight has been a cafe on the 6th floor which provides a stunning view of river godavari and sunset is must watch there

    They asked me cancel the booking, after some discussion I got my room, There are lot of bed buds in the room, and also there is no cleaniness. Coming to the food, the worst food I ever had.
