Terrible quality of rooms. Also, the location on map does not match to reality. The building is at the entrance to WTC park/beach. Near to police office. I would like to pay 5 USD for a night in such place(mostly because of new AC) Only entrance looks good. In the room: 1. there is no window(it is painted black) in the room. 2. There is a swamp near to building, so I had several mosquito beats during first night. 3. The mirror in bathroom is super-old and damaged. 4. The central ventilation system may start to work every 2 hours and it makes noise at night. I woked up twice per nigh 5. The rest room(WC) smells aweful!!! 6. There are no hangers in the closet + the best location in the city near central beach entrance + the new air-conditioner
