The AC was not working, even after calling 3-4 times no one did anything and the price of food is high, the complimentary water that was given in the room was also not chilled , they took Rs 56 for another bottle.

The stay was pretty good, the hotel was very nice, staff was polite and property well maintained. I just felt the building maintenance needs to happen in some areas and accessibility to the room could have been better.

The ambience as well as the staffs are coordial and cooperative. The quality of the food is good and the place is easily accessible from airport, overall it was a nice stay

Location is very nice. But facilities provided are not up to mark. no room cleaning ,toilet washing during my stay. Very let supply. Actually supply is made by another building which takes time. No cleaning in hotel.

1) Room is smelly, not align well. Toiletry kit missing, coffee kettle not washed. 2) Food is ok and mocktails pathetic. 3) poor service, we have to ask for welcome drink, although it was included in package. 4) for payment you need to walk long to block A.

Pathetic experience. Choked commode, washroom area seems unhygienic. We were doing check out in morning and no body was available at reception. We waited for almost 30 minutes but no one was there to proceed the check out formalities. Check km process is also very slow.
