I have checked in very late and only stayed there for 5 hours but I felt the hotel is okay. It is under construction hence lot of dust and there was no water when we checked in but it was rectified very quickly. Front desk communication can be certainly improved.

room..ok..food..average. service pathetic. it's just a big property work going on everywhere. it seems more like a maze than a hotel. your request means nothing to them. I had to cancel my meeting in between because they couldn't give a while to check out. that is when I am a mmt black member.

My experience at Hotel Grand Imperia was disappointing. The rooms were not up to the mark—they lacked proper ventilation, felt stuffy, and to make things worse, there were too many mosquitoes, which made it really uncomfortable to relax or sleep. On the positive side, the food was quite good, and the dining experience was pleasant. However, the issues with the room overshadowed the good parts of the stay. Definitely needs improvement in basic comfort and cleanliness.
