After booking royal superior room we got room with leakage, reception and restaurant was not picking call , lunch was served in a plastic meal box like travel pack, no amenities were provided before room checkin, after telling all this in reception they said they will manage something but didn't do anything Tv was not working properly continuously getting close, room key was not working we had to open it by manual key, room freshner is also not available, Terrible experience after booking royal superior room.

The provided me a room which was not cleans. Bugs were there in the bed. Ceiling was broken. And also when i asked for the bill, they said they don’t provide bill as it was booked. Really bad stay.
