pathetic….worst experience …breakfast they dont have buffet…they ask you and they will cook and it waste your full time

Service and Managerial level staff behaviour is very pathetic and arrogant. Breakfast served wasn’t fresh. Also pool was not clean and we were denied to use the pool for both the days & there is no pool for kids....

The hotel idle for marriage and other evant. Because at the time of booking the hotel is could-not mentioned its pure vegetarian property. Other things also not properly check.

Bed linen was old, requested replacement but even that was not upto the mark. Even lower cat hotels have better linen. Breakfast had literally nothing. It's okay to chose to be a veg only hotel but at-least keep a wide spread or just a decent spread. No bakery, desserts. 1/2 fruits not refilled for 1 hour. Bread for last year. Rotis from last century. Food here is antique. Staff is well meaning but can't help if hotel doesn't even do a basic good spread for breakfast. Toast machine wasn't working. Showers are not maintained. Water from overhead panel wasn't flowing properly. Rate of flow inadequate. Reception clueless about most things in the city.

The staff was very kind, the ambience and the beauty of this grand building was just perfect, the cartier club was just so relaxing and their food was very tasty. I had very good experience staying there.
