i recently stayed at la jardin resort and spa in karjat and had a mixed experience. the rooms and the surrounding premises were absolutely stunning—well-maintained, clean, and truly relaxing. the lush greenery and serene ambiance added to the charm, making it a perfect getaway spot. however, i found the food to be on the pricier side, and the portion sizes left much to be desired. while the food quality was decent, it could definitely be improved for the price being charged. additionally, the room service was disappointingly slow, which detracted from the overall experience. if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great rooms and a lovely atmosphere, this resort delivers. however, if food and prompt service are a priority, there’s some room for improvement.

Room was clean kichan staff was coprative food option was not good i paid 1000 to include the breakfast in the package but that was not worth. Very few options available in breakfast hotel ambience was not good overall not worth of money

Room infra good, maintenance not upto the mark, inhouse room services need improvement. Quality of food is good, service is delayed. Property is not as shown Not worth the amount paid. Staff is good. Property location is good, but the water logging at the entrance should be taken care of.

We checked in late in the evening around 6 pm, we already informed the hotel that we will be coming late so make sure the room is ready, again at 4 pm i informed same that please keep room ready. When we reached and entered the room the bedsheet was having blood stains. 1 pillow was not having pillow cover. Toilet was not at all clean and towel was stinking. I went to reception to complain and i think he was owner of hotel he was so rude that he was just like i will send someone to your room to check with attitude. He did not bother to apologise. They took almost 1. 30 hr to clean toilet, change bedsheet and pillow cover. Note - morning breakfast starts at 9. 30 it was mention. I would not at all recommend this hotel. It was horrible experience.

Hotel is kind of sweet and simple, old fashioned, electricity major issue is there in this area, when we arrived there was no electricity for almost 5 hours and not even a cold drinking water, power backup was there in our room, but only tubes and fans. No ac or fridge. Food is very costly and very less in quantity, but taste is good, ideally package like us should include breakfast and meals, but ours was not including. Tea is available at 9:30 am. Should be available from 6-7 am. Overall. A good less crowded place, clubhouse was not cleaned for almost a month, they were hesitating on switching on ac in heated environment outside, tv size should be bit bigger. Good cooperative, polite staff. Thank you.

Quality of the stay was not good since basics like glasses for drinking water was not available, no tea coffee was provided and money they charged overall compared to the experience was not satisfactory. The drawing room did not have ac. The property's management was really bad

Hotel rooms are just spacious but they don’t care of guest, manager will never come to talk will only send his ground line staff to talk as they really don’t have any kind of great skills to tackle any kind of problematic situation, I booked and the room which was allotted was not the category I selected also the interiors were different. On complaining they said all the rooms are under renovation and i have to take that room only, and I have no other option and in the middle of night when me being paid so much of amount and is being forced to take the room i am not comfortable is not the service i expect. And me being a hotelier know how to handle and be polite and offer and option to satisfy Our customers. But they had zero option. The manager was another headache was sitting down yelling on calls but had no guts to talk on face asking i can cancel the booking and leave surely ill do and i cancelled the booking and left. For me the comfort and satisfaction was more priority but they are very far from it. I am sire owners don’t care as they have their restaurant running just outside on the highway. Noteworthy detailsStrictly not for an experience only a night to spend on the way and charges don’t define.

Big bhk type spacious room. We'll maintain and clean. Akhil from the admin was very helpful.

Le jardin karjat 訂房網站 on 7/7/23 room no 202, we faced several problem's in that room 1) towel given was smelling. 2) bed sheet was smelling. 3) no fan regulator in bed room we could not reduce the speed. 4) ac of bedroom was not cooling. 5) receptionist was charging to give empty plate. 6) no drinking glass was kept at room. 7) no peace at hotel as owner has given open space area on rent for playing cricket to near by children's till midnight. 8) room balcony sliding aluminum door's was very tight tuff to open. T v working with w- if i network that also wi-fi network not working we can't get t v channel's.
