The worst resort i had ever visit, they don't having a proper staff, light issues because of rain, internet connection from wifi are worst, there is no network of any mobiles except vodafone, room are unfurnished and smelly, like a 300 rs loadge, they didn't provide any toiletries and towels, beds are old, we ask them for tv they even didn't answer. Overall worst experience

Hotel very nice, room is good, room service also very good. Hotel staff very comparative. Food quality is average but not tasty.

I have made a booking with very good price but hotel's service is not good and they are more focusing on direct booking customers. Some of the facilities not given to us like welcome drink etc. And they said it is for limited customer.

Regarding location, this hotel i would not recommend if you are booking for a family. To go to this place from entry gate of matheran you can't go by train as it is not on the train route. Plus if you have luggage then you to go by hathgadi or by horse riding. Even in the night difficult to go there as it very far from the market and at isolated location. Regarding rooms and hygiene again very disappointing. Overall nothing good about this hotel
