First of all they have refused to check me in the hotel, make my 訂房網站 team is also responsible for not confirming my stay, make my 訂房網站 team have only confirmed my stay with myself only by just mail, they have not confirmed my planned stay with hotel manager, hotel owner/manager had just provided a double bed single room, whereas we have paid 4 persons charges, very terrible experience with make my 訂房網站 and hotel provided by make my 訂房網站 with my family
