Swimming pool was not clean, bad odour in rooms. The photos which are given are very different from the real one.

Rooms are not cleaned. after asking new blanket they have not provided cleaned and nit. Food quality is also not good.

The property is in very dire condition. i booked 2 rooms and both were very poorely maintained. No Gygine and no cleanliness at all. Both the rooms had cockroaches in Rooms and bathrooms. When complained about it they said all rooms r like that..we cant help it..still upon insisting we got another room which also had cockroaches..very bad property and service...

The place was very fantastic, and staff are very helpful, they provide all services, food 🍲was fresh and testy, my family enjoying very well, room was very comfortable😊 I wish to visit again this place.

Good stay for family and near to beach also, walking to beach 400 meter.. food Service need to improve. room amenities good

Average stay. The rooms are bigger and the staff are good. the location is also nice near to the beach but I found a hygiene issue. The toilet was not up to the mark what they charged for a day. It is also missing the water heater.

Starting with pictures on app and reality is totally different. This is where starts. you need to call for towel, soap. pathetic service. please donot book this property. the only advantage is close to beach.

It is a lodge, not hotel. Restaurant was non operational. General upkeep can be summed up as dirty. Front desk was un attended from 2200hrs till 0700. No room service. Wash room damp. Water was leaking from faucet. Room had cockroaches all over. Linen can not be considered as washed clean. Just make do. Positives are, near the beach. Enjoyed that part. Reasonable parking space. (no security guard. I summary, go here if nothing else matters. Place is not for leisure for sure.

It was amazing food was superb staff was coporative...rooms were good special thanks to staff everything was just perfect all thanks to management friendly and family atmosphere,

Pathetic room and room service, we went in the room and found very bed smell, Floor was sticky and bedsheet were smelling. Also the big issue was that AC was not working and when we did the complaint of it ,reception manager was not ready to accept and rectify the issue later on he said that we have not close the door that's why Ac is not working, however after some argument finally it was found that the outdoor ac unit was not working. multiple things were broken ,the room was shaby and hygine was not proper. warm water was not available and the parking facility was also Pathetic. In a nutshell ,not a good place to stay, The pictures which they have shown on site, all were not up to the mark, we paid for 1 night but due to this Pathetic situation we had to check out in few hours refund. I request to site to remove these type of hotels who are giving false commitments and spoiling your brand image also.
