Overall stay and service was great but, High tea charges payment 300 rupees each is costly(only 1 plate pagoda and 1 tea) Also no breakfast was included, we have to pay 425 ruppes for each member for breakfast 1 buffet/person

This place is improving every time I visit. it's my 3rd visit in a stretch of a year. This is a very relaxing weekend place to visit. Food is really good and has so many options. Clean rooms and washrooms. Booked the cottage all three times and never regretted for a minute also. Value for money.

Overall it was good, Chaitanya the helper was very polite, need more people like them. The food could be better as it lacked few spices

The location of the resort was good, the room was clean, sheets on the bed were a bit dirty, last time it was better. The staff is good and helpful, they listen to the problems and solve them. The food was great as always in the hill rock cafe. Overall it was a decent stay.

Very well maintained property, the staff was very kind, courteous & polite.Food was excellent. Enjoyed our 2 days stay with my parents who are super seniors, mobility on wheelchair.

No tissue papers in room... No teapoy for keep the food ... No glass to drink water... TV not having network... No wifi Hope this will help u to refund me Rs 1400 or 7% Refund is not important service is important
