Om clarks inn is a pathetic property. Staff is useless. Rooms have foul smell and there is no sunlight. It also has a banquet hall which plays high volume music and you won't be able to sleep in the night. If you want something you have to call them thrice and also they don't have hot water. You call them and after 1 hour the person would come and would say water is hot but actually it is light warm which is inadequate in this cold weather. They don't have any parking space and also entrance for the hotel is also not approachable.

Clean and neatness are there, services are good the check in and out process is quick. Only the issue is the sound disturbance is there inside the room also

Service not relevant to advertisement however looking to area was not bad choice for stay except accommodation rest of service not worthy or may irrelevant wi-fi 0. 0002 kbps no quality food

The staff is courteous and cooperative. However, there are issues and problems with the building and infrastructure which are as hereunder: 1) for guests who have been allotted rooms on 1st floor they cannot excess their room directly, 1st they have to enter the hotel form lift situated in front of hotel building, then from reception located at 2nd floor of the building they have to go towards back of the hotel property from where they have to take another lift/stairs for getting to their rooms located at 2nd floor. 2) the other way you can access your room at 1st floor directly through the back of the building however it is a small service lift and most of the time it is occupied by the hotel staff and their equipments like food trolley or table e. T. C. And it is dirty. 3) the rooms and galleries at 1st floor don't have proper ventilation and it always have bad odour coming from the carpet and washroom area. 4) there is no availability of hot water and you have to ask reception guys and house keeping staff and they provide it in bucket, so if you have to take bath in winters you have to plan your bath 20-30 minutes in advance or even more.
