L’hôtel est magnifique,un peu loin de rabat 30mn Nous avons manger au Rilha restaurant aux influences asiatiques , marocaines et européennes très bon ainsi que le service .Service du petit déjeuner moins qualitatif pour un ritz carlton .

Mooi hotel, vriendelijke staff en rustig gelegen. Badkamers mogen gerenoveerd worden. Water blijft uren liggen na het douchen omdat het niet goed afloopt. En delen van de tegels zijn spekglad. Restaurants en roomservice matig voor een hotel van deze klasse. Magere kwaliteit en magere keuze voor de roomservice.

Horrible experience, rien a voir avec le vrai ritz carlton , service archi nul, 1 h d attente room service,mini bar dans ma chambre vide meme pas une bouteille de quoi que ce soit, on dirait qu il m ont donne une chambre sans l avoir preparé au prealable, au bar, il n y avait que moi, j ai demandé qu on mette la chaine de tele bein , ils n ont pas la telecommande...ridicule, il n y a que l etablissement qui est beau, le service horrible, un check in tres lent, ...
