Reception very accomodating. Loved that women also work at the entrance. Elevator not so friendly. As a companion of 3, Im the last guy to leave, and I experienced getting shut in between elevator doors twice. Not so painful but enough to shake my soul for a bit. Room was great, beds are okay. The floor is made out of wood so expect some creaking and crunch as you step. Some of the switches won't work until you press hard on it. Overall, it's a nice old hotel.

訂的是豪華房間，其實是最普通的房間，窗式空調聲音巨響，窗戶外面就是工廠，吵雜聲巨響沒辦法開窗透氣，要求換房間，説訂滿了，全是窗式空調我們住了一晚第二天就退房。

I chose Fersal hotel Malakas,why because its near to the hospital, Phil Heart Center,i think 100 meter lang po kun mg lalakad from fersal hotel to heart center,and all ,fersal hotel is malinis talaga,mga mababait po cila doon lahat yong mga worker, receptionest and ,malapit sa mga food and restaurant mamimili kalang doon,at complete amenities ang fersal hotel malakas.

As requested in 訂房網站 com they gave me a room near the elevator. The plated breakfast ( choice of hotdog, sardines or tocino) is value for money. Like their free slippers and shampoo soap. The rooms are big and corridors are clean. Will stay here again.

Fersal is nicely located when we needed a place to stay while monitoring our brother who was brought to the ER at the Philippine Heart Center. The place is clean,however they can improve the lighting in the floor lobby / elevator landings per floor. Also, they can upgrade their AC units to centraziled AC as they are still using single units which are noisy, especially at night. We also requested for ice at 8pm and were told that there was none as the kitchen was closed. This was surprising as even budget hotels such as SOGO accomodates such basic hotel requests.
