不是第一次住這裡了，有的接待人員非常有風度，但是解決問題的方式也是很傲慢了，有噪音就去找安保上門去提醒，nothing else 環境：這次出差遇上了隔壁房間在酒店準備婚禮極其的吵鬧，而且我的房間是邊角，導致有個門可以通到別的房間雖然鎖上了，但是完全不隔音了。 服務：酒店服務非常的差，雖然第一晚後第二天我就找酒店換房，但是不同意，知道我要走的那天實在忍無可忍，找酒店投訴，也並不指望換房了，這時候提出給我換房有什麼意義。 最大的慶幸就是通過了訂房網站訂的房，能夠在一定程度上居中維護客戶的權益，酒店這種老牌34星酒店自然是不在意我這種住個34天的客人，況且這已經是quezon city相對比較好的幾個酒店了。 酒店沒有任何補償措施，最後走的時候送了個小蛋糕打發我，very classy

Enjoyed our stay, especially the free upgrade to a Deluxe Room—spacious but with some wasted space. The TV was too small for the viewing distance, though we barely used it. Covered mall access (2nd floor) is convenient, but parking is shared with the mall and requires validating a coupon—a bit of a hassle. Overall, a good stay.

酒店位置很好.近商場購物方便.餐廳很多.但酒店設施很舊.床墊凹嚴重.很不舒服.

I’m very thankful for the free upgrade of room that was given to us. The service was good and accommodating. The buffet was just ok.

When I stayed, there was a massive blackout. About 11 pm the hotel redirected us to a sister hotel. Maybe they can have a better arrangement in the future.
