Location close to food outlets and bus companies Friendly staff polite. Breakfast was included fhilipino selection only however very nice. Only drawback bathroom a bit cramped especially the toilet, other than that everything was suitable

Ok for an old hotel that has seen better days. A bit pricier than other hotels in the same class (standard). Cons: door is noisy when other doors nearby are opened; toilet is too cramped; there is a huge glass window facing the hallway that lets in light despite the curtains (privacy issue with sounds as well). All in all, this hotel is just average.

Suggestion: they could’ve added mini refrigerators but overall we really had a good time staying in this hotel. Very affordable and close to malls, fast food chains, etc. REALLY ACCESSIBLE

The person who made the reservation must arrive at the hotel first, because even if you provide the names of the other person in the room you reserved they wont allow them to check in without you (even if you request it). Luckily for us, we are just on the third floor because the elevator is under maintenance during our stay. The water dispenser has no hot or cold so the drinking water is room temperature. The towels work well. It's a comfortable bed. There is decent water pressure as well. Just a short stroll from the bus terminal and shopping center from the hotel. I consider the building's spa to be a plus.
