At first I was about to cancel my booking because there were no parking outside and they said that there’s parking on a gas station about 700-1km away from the hotel. But then We managed to ask them to move the motorcycle a little bit so that we can fit in. Finally the room is good looking and the tv even has netflix. As we were checking the room I saw some rat feces ln the table but didn’t bother to tell the staffs since its no big deal. Then we ordered some food and asked for ketchup and soysauce for our orders but then for that small amount of dip, we were charged 25php each. Finally ehile we were watching the tv have malfunctioned and only 1/4 of the screen is working so we just decided to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and very accessible. However, since the location is along a very busy highway & near jeepney terminal plus the construction of the MRT is on-going; the area is prone to traffic & noise. I'm not quite sure if you'll be located at the other side since our room was city view that's why it was so noisy during night time. But overall, my family & i really appreciated the place & the staff.

Disappointed Lang kase pag pasok namin Amoy agad sigarilyo . Halatang nag smoke ang last na nag stay before kame. Taka Sana binukasan na ang Aircon habang hndi pa kame naka pasok sa room para mag cooling down naman ang room at napaka humid Ng weather. Tapos we have to wait 10 minutes just to get ready our room nag book Naman ako nun morning at ang check in ahy 2pm so may 2 hours to clean up the room before next booked . Wala man Lang pa complementary drinks since nag waiting pa kame sa room namin to get cleaned. Tapos tapat Ng rood Kaya renig na rening mo ung MGA sasakyan. Hindi pwdeng pang sleep over at Hindi Ka talaga makaka tulog Ng mahinbing sa ingay Ng mga sasakyan. Ung shower 🚿 napaka Hina ng daloy Ng tubig 😅 Tapos napaka dumit Ng shower room need I deep clean ang mga wall at corners nito. Well sa price ok na din . 1,500 overnight stay na din . From 2pm to 12 noon. Photo uploaded is not related 😁

The place is good but the tv not working totally so disappointed the internet not working properly disappointed the heater is really disappointed if they fucos what is the problem for sure they can get more client coz the room is absolutely really good

早く到著してしまったが、早くチェックイン（その分早くチェックアウト）に変えていただけて助かりました。翌日は早くチェックアウトの予定でしたので、私にとってはとても良い提案をいただきました。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで、部屋も清潔で広かったです。隣に安い食堂があり、道を渡って向かいがショッピングモールでとても便利でした。電車の駅を建設中で、完成したら駅徒歩2分？でより便利になると思います。

部屋は綺麗。一見普通のビジネスホテルに見える。が、しかし多くのフィリピン人はラブホテルがわりにつかっているホテルと思われる。予約や先払いで行くようなホテルではないようで予約してカードで先払いして行ったらスタッフが戸惑っていた。料金錶を見ると1泊ではなく時間で部屋を貸しているホテル。シャワーはお湯は出ない。朝食は165ペソで食べ放題。フィリピン料理の食べ放題。安いと思うがフィリピン料理が苦手ならやめた方が良い。

Very bad! Not recommendable. No coffee,no cups for even make coffee. Net very slow. Poor service. room Not clean. Very very noisy from the highway cars and people. We stay in Premier Queen Room. Though location is good across SM Fairview
