很差的一次入住，也是看了評論區才下的單，可能每個人的要求不一樣，被誤導了，1、預訂的雙床給單床，2、被子都是潮的，房間很大的黴味，沒辦法睡，3、衞生就別提了，還沒退房黑人阿姨就帶著背包準備打掃房間了，應該是外包出去了

Personnel bien accueillant, odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, on étaient chambre du bas avec des gens au dessus, aucune insonorisation on entend tout les bruits du dessus, frigo très bruyant, convecteur bruyant sinon emplacement ok

Staff at the hotel were friendly. The location is good. However, the current construction around the area has limited access.The room was not very big, and the beds were very small, not even queen size, and not suitable for two. Mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all!

非常好！酒店內裝修很復古的風格，很乾凈舒適。前台小姐姐漂亮又有禮貌，很好的體驗！！！魁北克真的太美了😭我還會再來的！

They are not helpful. I forgot my jacket in the cabinet and i am 100% sure that it was there. They emailed me a form but i haven't heard back from them. And now i followed up they said that it was not there.

The room was clean and tidy, but a bit small. Everything worked fine, but there was some noise from the machines outside, which made it a little hard to relax at times. Overall, it’s okay for a short stay.
