酒店設施陳舊，前台服務員工作效率極低。我們是衝著相片中的游泳池而訂的酒店，可是很令我們失望，泳池非常小，不是過濾淨水，而是直接倒清潔劑進泳池裡，味道刺鼻，池水渾濁。

I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time. However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed. The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem). Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working. Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy. There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).

Chambre petite mais confortable et bien équipée! On a eu des ennuis avec la toilette, il a fallu demander 2 fois le service d’entretien pour que ça se règle, mais le personnel était super gentils et polis. Un sauveteur était présent à la piscine donc très sécuritaire.

Erreur à la réservation mais message qui dit que je veux avec vue sur la piscine à accueil elle me dit ne ps voir mon message envoyé Si vraiment les messages seraient lu j’aurais été contacté et pu changé ma sélection de chambre Je suis très déçu je voulais surveiller mes enfants du balcon à la piscine avec la musique j’ai payer beaucoup plus cher que tout autre hôtel pour une vue extérieur et rendu sur place aucune disponibilité dans les autres hôtels avec vue sur piscine La dernière fois je suis venu à cette hôtel on m’avait donner une chambre vue sur le mur et non la piscine J’ai fait une erreur mais mon message laissé était contraire de ma réservation avec un suivi j’aurais pu modifier Ma soirée est à l’eau Je n’aime pas du tout le service
