入住時前台服務態度尚且一般，但房間內部來講，難以想象這是在訂房網站評分4.5的五星級品牌酒店會發生的事情。房間內配備的是大玻璃瓶純凈水，而且瓶蓋打開後無法扣回，更是無法攜帶出門旅遊。詢問是否有可攜帶的水，讓去一層吧枱付費購買（在國內，哪怕是快捷酒店的前台也是會無償提供的吧）。本來是要把水果放到冰箱，發現有食物殘餘垃圾，然後在廁所發現紙屑和多根頭髮，又檢查床上發現多處汙漬和頭髮（p1-6）。隨後拍照下樓和前台溝通後立馬進行了重新打掃，但二次打掃後廁所依舊存在幾根肉眼可見的頭髮（長度和顏色明顯是其他人的）。浴室洗澡是衹有冷和燙，洗了兩次澡是完全沒法調整到正常的水溫，要麼極熱要麼極冷。第二天玩完回來後，部分用過的毛巾未更換，且完全未放新的牙刷/棉簽等洗浴用品，馬桶裡還有一衹壁虎（p7）。客房內打前台電話説希望送來新的洗浴用品，但前台竟然無法看到我的來電房間號（第一次遇到五星級酒店需要自報房間號），並且等待超過半個小時依舊未送達，不想再糾纏了…

A Great Stay! I truly love how smooth and easy the check-in process was. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always served with a smile, patiently explaining everything in detail. The parking area was convenient, and the hotel’s location is perfect. There’s a direct linkage to Alamanda, and since the hotel is connected to Shaftsbury Putrajaya, finding a good meal is never a problem. The pool was great, too! I really appreciate that it’s open until 10 PM, giving us more time to relax and enjoy. This hotel is also very Muslim-friendly. They provide a prayer mat and a clear Qiblat direction in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others! 🌟

사람 별로 없고 라운지 디저트 금액도 합리적이고 인테리어 잘돼있습니다. 방도 넓고 필요한걸 다 갖추고 있어요. 샤워기 필터 색깔 변하는걸 보니 필수인것 같습니다. 그건 이 지역 특성인것 같아요. 유리 물병이 인상깊었습니다. 수영장도 엄청 커요. 밑에 쇼핑센터 있는데 상권이 침체된것 같으나 호캉스하는것에 전혀 무리없습니다

飯店房間很大，喜歡一房一廳的房型，還可以洗衣服，還有自助式早餐。服務人員都很好。飯店的樓下一樓有房7-12，後方商場還有超市，非常方便，離機場及雪邦也不會太遠。

Pleasant stay! We were at Mercure Living for a weekend (3D2N) stay coinciding with a wedding at Nafoura Hall. Got ourselves a 2-bed-2-bath room configuration. Lovely living room space & superb swimming pool area as well. Facilities-wise, love the comfy beds and the room equipped with kettle, microwave, pots & pans, 4 sets of plates & cutlery - basic but sufficient for a quick stay. Would be a good improvement to have some kitchen towel & small dishwashing liquid for cleaning purposes and beware notes on the high step to enter & exit the bathroom (banged my toe there & they're blue black). Oh, close proximity to Alamanda for a quick dash of mall tour was a good surprise. Good value for money and will definitely consider staying if we're back in the area!

The hotel is very clean and new. So convenience with 2 bed room and 1 living room, with small kitchen, washing machine and cloth iron set. Location is also good Can walk to the department store. And also have 7-11 service 24 hr.

兩個房間，比較大，冷氣足！樓下有711便利店，麥當勞，還有一些烤肉店（很多人排隊）馬路對面有大型商場，霸王茶姬，屈臣氏，葯店，都有。很方便！叫車到粉紅色清真寺12塊錢左右（人民幣），叫車到機場130元左右！

I had an exceptional stay at Mercure Living Hotel, where comfort, style, and service truly stood out.
