Everything is satisfying except one. Parking. There was an event there, which involved outside guests so they came in the morning to the hotel. However, they used the parking for the stay guests. Hotel should consider to prioritise the guests first since we paid to stay there. What happened after 30minutes searching parking? We needed to park at Alamanda there and walk to the hotel. I don't think 4 stars hotel should have this kind of problem. Overall the hotel is nice, clean, good surrounding with the lake. I could jog in the morning. Good locations, nearby to tall the government offices. And plus point it's walkable to Alamanda mall.

房間中規中矩，還不錯。早餐的餐廳靠窗的那一排位置可以看到游泳池和湖邊，感覺環境比較放鬆。早餐以西餐和印度風味為主。蛋包好吃，放的芝士很拉絲。吃了兩個才注意到旁邊的印度薄餅也不錯，可惜已經吃不下了。兩台咖啡機新鮮打出來的咖啡味道不錯，連續喝了兩杯～在餐廳服務的幾個小哥哥都很勤快，動作輕柔，收拾很麻利。

this hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms & was even better than expected. The price was terrific fo king + single beds include breakfast for 3. there were alamanda mall within walking distance & the exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me would definitely stay there again.

Sangat selesa. Suka dengan konsep baru Hotel ini. Berbaloi sangat dengan harga. Lokasi yang sangat strategik. Anda boleh membeli belah di Alamanda dan anda juga boleh jogging di belakang hotel. Bilik sangat bersih walaupun simple tetapi sangat bersih dan fresh. Makanan breakfast sangat sedap.

Location is strategic for business travellers who need to come to Putrajaya. Alamanda shopping mall is within walking distance. Cleanliness is up to standard. However, breakfast choices is limited. Got a room with lake view is the added points. Nice view
