I had a very pleasant stay. My kids they love spending time at the kids club, splash pool! Even me and my husband enjoy the splash pool so much that we were so flat for the day! Hahaha. I saw other parents also having the same fun and joy as us. The breakfast spread was nice, we got Malaysian Cuisine, English Breakfast, Ice Cream!, Waffles guess what, with various types of toppings!!. We can't get away with our Roti Canai sooo we try it and it was soft! Top notch Check In with the Warm Welcoming Cookies and hot and cold refreshments. Kids friendly ❤️ and the beds are so comfortable we dozed off easily 😂.

Hotel ni luas . Stafnya baik Dan ramah tamah. Biliknya kemas,bersih. Masa check in ,diberi biskut coklat chip,sedap jugak. Kat sini ada 3 jenis kolam.tapi yg paling Kanak kanak suka ialah splash pool.di sini ada jugak bilik mainan untuk Kanak kanak.sarapan kat sini memang awesome.makanan banyak sangat, pelbagai menu ,saya tak larat nak makan.dah la banyak sedap pulak tu.rasa macam menyesal pulak stay 1 hari.insyaallah saya akan stay sini jika datang ke putrajaya

I booked this hotel mainly to fulfil my kids' request for a swimming pool with a water slide — and on that front, it did not disappoint! The pool area was a big hit with them but some not well maintained. I didn’t expect the hotel to be this large, with 5 blocks/wings that are interconnected via bridges. We booked a twin guest room (without breakfast), and to our surprise, the bed was actually queen-sized — bigger than we usually get, which was a pleasant bonus. The hotel also features an arcade and game room, open until 10.00 PM. My kids absolutely enjoyed spending time there after the pool. I had requested a late check-out, and while they could only allow until 1.00 PM (likely due to the school holiday peak), they were kind enough to let us linger around the facilities even after we had checked out and validated our TNG card — really appreciated that gesture. Though our stay was short, the kids had a great time, and we’d definitely consider returning.

When I 5pm check in the reception told me my room is not ready yet. I can understanding is fully booking on this public holiday but that is 5pm already I the room hvnt ready yet. It is too slow for the service? Then I requested delay one hours check out (means 1pm). The reception ask myself to asking they manager ???? I only requested delay 1hours check out also need get approval from manage????? Breakfast also very slow to serve us to the place, after 30 min we enter the place just found til hv still have many table is no occupied by others customer, why can't open for us immediately since already know is fully book for the hotel. The hotel swimming is very very dirty and my room don't have a towel due to the reason is the towel hvnt ready. Very disappointed for this time hotel

Very good short staycation for family with young kids. Service & staffs were very helpful. However, if you seek for calmness & exclusivity .. please choose weekdays/non public holiday . It can be very overcrowded & congested including executive lounge excess

A good family hotel with great welcome warm cookie, breakfast, pools, gym and family facilities. It is not far from the international airport, so it is good to stay one night if you need to catch the flight or arrive late.

Kids pool is the main attraction 😁 Less guests during our time so we can use the pools freely. Good management of welcoming guest with the bellboy & parking process Free cookies! Room as per reserved, neat with complete facilities. Overall - nice relax time after 1 full sports day activities 😁

Beautiful hotel with quiet environment. Can have a jog along the lakeside with spectacular city view. Limited eateries nearby. Can choose to dine on site. Chose this hotel because on map it’s close to PICC. You can walk to PICC (20-30min walk, crossing 3 junctions with one major road).

這間酒店的整體表現良好。最大的亮點是房間，寬敞舒適且整潔，住起來很舒服。健身房設備齊全，能滿足基本鍛鍊需求。不過，早餐和晚餐的選擇OK，但味道相當普通，沒有驚喜。最大的缺點是游泳池，幾個都規模太小，比較適合兒童，成人不能盡興，相當可惜。
