Excellent stay i’m having a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. Great food, comfortable ambiance, and top-notch service. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Good & comfortable stay with relishing food served though it was late check-in at 11pm, the person at the reception was very cordial and courteous. Speed checks and room transfers very efficiently and quickly. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was well done, cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was all clean and smelling good. Nice and comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous and food served were very tasty and yummy. The staff at the restaurant were well dressed, prompt and courteous. The crockery and cutlery used were of high standard and food served at dinner were superb. I’m a regular visitor of this hotel.

Hotel was nice and perfect for stay. Staffs were polite and humble. Rooms are spacious and the food quality they provide was awesome and tasty. Specially thier honey chill potato and veg kebab platter. I will recommend everyone if they will be travel-ling in motihari. Try it once.

Hotel staff forcing me to submit keys i refuse to submit keys then they misbehave. Poor service they charge extra on water bottles t. V is not working, freezing is not a working water problem cleanliness is not there not safe for family full of web net. Poor poor experience.

We were returning back from our nepal road 訂房網站, with family. As it was late night, we decided to break the journey at motihari. We had booked a room for 3 adults but we were allotted a small double bedroom which was full of dust. No proper towels and bedsheets for three adults. When requested to give three bedroom, they refused to give. Food quality was ok
