JVW ARENA酒店 (Hotel Jvw Arena)

Good for business travellers like me. The hotel needs to be maintained clean on a daily basis. Like lift, lobby, staircase. A bit of mismanagement in terms of restaurant and room service as I have noticed that staff are less. I will visit again.

This hotel is good environment all staff behaviour is nice quick service response all facilities provided by hotel management which is mentioned their hotel during booking

Located ***** highway one can reach it easily without getting into traffic of Motihari town. The room was perfectly done up, hygienic and the staff including front desk and room bearers were polite and cheerful. Perfect 5/5 for hospitality.

I had an incredible stay at JVW Arena. The rooms are beautifully designed with a luxurious touch, making it a perfect retreat. The staff was exceptionally polite and ensured top-notch service throughout my stay. The food was absolutely mind-blowing – every dish was a treat to the taste buds. The location is ideal, with everything conveniently accessible. The hotel’s infrastructure is impressive, and all basic amenities are well-maintained. Highly recommend it for a memorable experience. Check in & check out process is very smooth.

Will describe my experience of stay in jvw arena in 3 points - 1. Wrong presentation of the room the hotel room is far more different than the booking price of the room. Room was very very small and congested where not even a working desk was provided for corporate bookings. Door of bathroom was also not properly installed in the room and was colliding with the wash basin inside the bathroom. Also the bathroom lock was not working. Room had an attached table which looked very vulnerable in terms of handling bads and luggages for instance. Room was also given on the 4th floor and the lift for going to the floor was locked with a password, which i don't understand the need of having as remembering a temporary password of lift for stay of 2-3 days didn't make any sense to me. 2. Poor services no kits were provided post checking in at the hotel also there was also not floor mat in the room which ultimately made very uncomfortable post coming from outside or washroom. Bathroom was also very small with the an open vent giving opening to housekeeping room from where certain clothes were hanging in the vent with made uncomfortable while going to washroom 3. Staff behaviour and services this was my worst experience so far. All staffs behaving rudely and irresponsible towards any concern. No room cleaning was done any day of my stay at the hotel or replacement of kits was done on any day. Overall, it was the worst experience for me of my lifetime while staying at hotel.

The rooms were very clean and new. All basic room amenities were provided. No doubt bed was very comfortable. Would specially like to mention that food, specially chicken, mutton were quite succulent and had core authentic taste. It beats all the food i have had till now at different places. Staff was very polite and cordial. We were a group of ten people and all of us loved our stay. Thanks jw arena.

I am a regular customer of this hotel for past 6 months, i see whole motihari from 7th floor open terrace, it's an amazing view. Staff, food, service all is very well. They also provide luxury cars for outing.

Property & staff behaviour is very very nice. Ambiance & room is excellent. I stayed here for 4 days with family and found nothing bad. Food taste & service is great. Give 5 out of 5. I will give extra marks for this hotel infrastructure & cleanliness

Rooms are spacious and clean. Washroom is also good. Value for money and good for business traveller. They can think on starting buffet for breakfast.
